Not pictured is the original styrofoam and a box protector. Comes with the original insert and Nintendo game plan poster. Everything is in great shape for its age. Well kept in a box protector for the past 30 years plus. These original 5-screw games are becoming harder and harder to find especially with more and more games getting graded these days.
