Help] No matter how I want to start the launcher , the same error message appears and I changed nothing in the folder . And yes it doesnt matter if I try

Help] Upon opening the windows file I only get an empty system window. It just doesn't start the script. I reinstalled Java with the latest version but it didn't fix anything. Then
