Omega Flowey also known as Photoshop Flowey, is a boss located in the Undertale barrier alongside Asriel. This is a survival boss as you have to use items dropped in the fight, similar to Red. As shown in the picture below, you need to be at least level 5 to fight Omega Flowey.
