U-1146, White Blood Cell (白血球, Hakkekkyū?) is one of the main protagonists in Cells at Work! and Cells at Work! WHITE. As a Neutrophil, he has extremely pale skin, white hair, and black dull eyes (a reference to the color of Neutrophils). He is tall and lean like his other comrades, with a hairstyle that heavily layers and covers his right eye. He wears the standard Neutrophil uniform, which only consists of the color white. Due to the violent nature of his job, he is often stained in cytoplasm
