Twisted Metal is a post-apocalyptic action comedy television series based on the Twisted Metal video games. The series was confirmed to be in development on May 21st 2019, but wasn't formally revealed until April 28th 2023. Its first season began airing on Peacock and Paramount+ Canada on July 27, 2023. It was later made available on other streaming services such as HBO Max and Prime Video. A second season was announced on December 7, 2023 at The Game Awards. The airing date is currently
