A very interesting event was the one we played from the 10th to the 12th of March 2023 at Golf Panorámica. Seven players from the Barcelona Golf Academy embarked towards Castellon to live the adventure of the WAGR Uppsala 2023 Tournament. A little on the way to the unknown, but being a regular scorer for the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) in Panorámica, playing it was worth it. Despite playing next to the Mediterranean, the atmosphere was very Nordic, with more than 50 internationally ranked young talents competing. Uppsala is a city in Sweden, near Stockholm, which has a public school, institute / high school, with access to golf next to its facilities. A field that is also public, and has a large academy that serves as a Swedish quarry thanks to the large number of pupils it has. Well, ours faced about thirty players from this school in Uppsala, who have been doing a two or three week stage in Spain to continue their preparation, as it is very cold in Sweden at this time of year.
