The strange die is a quest item found in Kingdom Come: Deliverance. There's something odd about this die, but I'm not sure what. During A Needle in a Haystack, or Poverty, Chastity and Obedience (neither before nor after), kill Pious and loot it from his body. (Knocking them out won't count, only his dead body will have it.)
