The Mad Clown Puppet is an optional mini-boss in Lies of P. It is located at the end of Rosa Isabelle Street right before the Estella Opera House Stargazer. A full walkthrough of the boss fight can be found here Another Mad Clown Puppet is found in the Barren Swamp Entrance. However, it is a normal enemy and has a much lower health bar though it does have the same moveset as the boss version.
