Keiwa Sakurai (桜井景和, Sakurai Keiwa) is a college student who participates in the Desire Grand Prix as Kamen Rider Tycoon (仮面ライダータイクーン, Kamen Raidā Taikūn). Keiwa Sakurai was born on August 25, 2000 to his parents Shigeru and Yukino Sakurai, and has an older sister, Sara.
