Dominus is a canceled Hat accessory originally meant to be released in 2017. It has a navy hood with a black cover. Two golden rings that are attached to the two lower corners of the hat and are visible on the front of the wearer's shoulders. There is also three silver feathers protrude backwards from each ring. Dominus isn't actually a confirmed name for the item, most users speculated it is called Navy Dominus or Blue Dominus.
