Esper is a character based on Accelerator from A Certain Magical Index. He can be bought in the Raid Shop for 3,600 or obtained from the Esper boss fight with a chance of 0.04% as a drop. His boss fight is one of the hardest among the Raid Bosses due to the short startup of his attacks. Esper has one of the highest DPS in the game.
