Thorfinn deserved his moments of happiness imo. It's about time he finally experiences it after all these episodes of drama and despair. It was an emotional family moment that captures a rare yet happy moment this season. This episode seems to serve as a sendoff finale with Thorfinn, Thors, etc. Imo, it's a safe and also satisfying way to give some peace to the characters after all the shit they've been through. Season 2 turned out to be such an incredible journey imo with all the ups and downs.
