Summer is all about adventure. It’s also about taking the scenic route and exploring new destinations. Which is exactly what we did this past weekend when we visited the relatively new, Fundy Trail Parkway. While the initial plan was to go to St. Martins to explore the sea caves, as per my 2016 Summer Bucket List, we made a day trip out of it and it turned into the very best coastal adventure. Let me just go on the record by saying: if you have the means to do so (translation: if you live on the East Coast of Canada or the United States) you have simply got to visit the Fundy Trail in your lifetime.
