Broken Miscellaneous is an item from unimplemented mechanic of miscellaneous metal items getting destroyed during Iron Crisis, similar to how destroyed iron weapons end up being Broken Weapons. From what can be found in game files, it was supposed to work on a same way as the mechanic behind weapon breaking, replacing a regular items with their broken equivalent. Broken Shield Broken Armor
