144 reviews for College Board, 1.0 stars: 'Educators: please do not subject your students to this group. Currently, my high school student's grades are in jeopardy because his teacher assigned something that can only be done on the College Board website. But he can't log into the website, and there is no solution available. College Board won't respond to emails from myself or my child/student. They won't reset a login code. Multiple phone calls to customer service have found us on hold for over 45 minutes. They simply won't respond. Seems like a lost cause to me! Avoid, avoid, avoid.'
